Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Manager for the Mayer Team in Huntsville, AL. The role leads a team, drives branch profitability, and manages daily operations, inventory, safety, and customer partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in sales/operations in electrical distribution, leadership experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. Forklift certification and driver’s license are preferred; strong P&L and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift/warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license (if delivering).
• 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability using digital tools and lead the branch’s performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and training to branch personnel.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, income, and asset targets.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance across the branch.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors, delivering excellent service.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to support growth goals.
• Support deliveries to branches/customers as needed.
