Job summary

SRS Building Products – Lake Oswego is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in achieving operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will lead warehouse operations, supervise staff, and help drive revenue while maintaining a high-performing team.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in warehouse/distribution supervisory or assistant management role.
• Prior experience in building materials or related industry preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager to implement company standards and optimize operations.
• Contribute to revenue growth by monitoring sales opportunities and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff including drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and provide actionable performance insights.
• Generate and review branch reports covering financials, staffing, and inventory.
