Job summary

VisionBank seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead all retail operations at a full-service Iowa branch. You will direct staff, manage deposits and loans, and build customer relationships while upholding bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will promote a strong sales and service culture, coach employees, and collaborate with Commercial Bankers and Cash Management staff to expand business and cross-sell bank products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; three years retail banking experience preferred.
• Prior consumer lending experience and prior management experience are preferred.
• Proven leadership in driving branch performance, morale, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations, staff, and profitability.
• Lead sales and service initiatives, cross-sell and referral opportunities.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate branch employees; allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State banking regulations and bank policies.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and drive branch growth.
