Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of personal banking products and branch operations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of sales and service processes; set staff goals and accountability.
• Foster exceptional client service per the Branch Service Level Agreement.
• Identify sales opportunities and deepen client relationships; promote and sell products.
• Hire, train, coach staff; conduct performance evaluations and staff meetings.
• Ensure audit integrity, risk management and security of the branch.
