TS Bank in Atlantic, IA seeks a Branch Manager to lead branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank and regulatory policies while delivering prompt, courteous service. The role tailors products to client needs and drives overall branch performance.

The position requires directing staff, coaching on referrals, managing new account openings, and promoting personal banking products. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; or 3–4 years related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 3–4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of the sales and service processes; set goals for staff and ensure accountability for sales and referral performance.
• Foster exceptional client service based on the Branch Service Level Agreement.
• Proactively manage new account opening process and provide coaching.
• Promote and sell personal banking products to clients and referrals.
• Provide motivation and coaching to staff to achieve incentive goals.
• Develop plans for calling on maturing accounts, leads, referrals, and new opportunities.
• Oversee outside sales calls to develop new business and analyze market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, audit integrity, risk management, and security.
