Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking policies and compliance regulations.
• Experience in management and coaching of a team.
• Experience in banking or sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• NMLS licensing or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop staff to meet performance goals.
• Manage customer relationships and drive sales objectives.
• Conduct outside sales to generate new business and deepen existing relationships.
• Supervise daily teller and customer service duties; assist with transactions.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and workflows.
• Interview, hire, train, and appraise branch staff; assign workload and discipline as needed.
• Ensure branch adheres to bank policies, controls, and risk management.
