Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• Lending experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking products, services, and branch operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
