This role focuses on building relationships with clients and community partners to meet financial targets and ensure service excellence.

You will recruit and coach staff, oversee HR activities, monitor quality, and collaborate with healthcare providers to expand the branch’s reach and impact.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory or leadership experience.
• 1+ year sales or marketing experience in healthcare, homecare, senior living, or related setting.
• BS Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional homecare services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and management.
• Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management of branch staff.
• Manage HR functions including hiring, orientation, performance evaluations, payroll processing, and employee relations.
• Monitor quality systems and manage risks related to compensation and expenses.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts, including lead generation and client proposals.
• Ensure excellent, compassionate client service and strong referral relationships with healthcare partners.
• Develop and execute the branch’s annual business plan.
