Byline Bank in Chicago seeks a Sr. Branch Manager for the Westchester, IL area to lead daily branch operations, drive sales performance, and build a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional service.

You will hire and coach staff, cultivate relationships with local businesses, market our products, and network in the community to exceed banking targets while delivering outstanding customer experience. This role may include occasional travel to other branches and offers a competitive sign-on.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Branch/Retail Banking experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and commercial business processes.
• Proven sales and outside calling skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
