Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team in delivering Breakthrough Client Service and establishing the Tucson location as the bank of choice within the community. You will drive growth by developing new relationships and expanding existing ones while ensuring efficient operations and adherence to guidelines.

The role requires 5 years of banking experience (consumer lending) and 3 years of management experience in banking or retail, with strong product knowledge and community

Qualifications

• 5 years of banking experience including consumer lending and exposure to business lending origination.
• 3 years of management experience in banking or retail including team leadership, coaching, supervision, and hiring/termination.
• Advanced knowledge of banking products and services with business acumen for solving consumer and small business challenges.
• Proven proficiency in consumer lending with exposure to business lending.
• Manage deposit and loan portfolios including less complex relationships.
• Active involvement in local community organizations.
• Notary certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach associates while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
• Oversee branch P&L, growth targets, portfolio management, and expense control.
• Maintain audit readiness through sound operational practices.
• Collaborate with Retail and cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions aligned with business strategy.
