Peoplelink Group is seeking a Branch Manager for our Tupelo, MS location. In this role, you will lead the branch, drive sales, manage recruiters, and maintain client relationships to ensure the successful placement of candidates.

We expect an experienced hire with at least 2 years in management or sales within staffing, along with an associate degree or equivalent. The position is in-office, with local travel and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management or sales experience in a staffing environment.
• Strong affinity for business development, including service and marketing calls.
• Experience coaching skills and providing feedback to candidates/staff.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the Tupelo branch by driving sales and fostering client relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and manage a team of recruiters.
• Achieve revenue targets through sales efforts and pricing models.
• Develop and/or lead training to enhance recruiting team skills.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws (EEOC, ADA, Worker’s Comp., Unemployment).
