Peoplelink Group is seeking a Branch Manager for our Tupelo, MS location. In this role, you will lead the branch, drive sales, manage recruiters, and maintain client relationships to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
We expect an experienced hire with at least 2 years in management or sales within staffing, along with an associate degree or equivalent. The position is in-office, with local travel and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.

$55-70K plus commission
In-office, travel locally. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our branch by driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, managing a team of recruiters, and achieving revenue targets through sales efforts.
This is an experienced hire role, and you’ll need to bring 2 years of management or sales experience in a staffing environment

To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to communicate and visit other offices, prospects and clients. In addition, the staff associate must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand/eye coordination, arm/hand/ finger dexterity including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read and write the application information. The staff associate is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
