Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Tupelo, MS. You’ll begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise to run your own future branch.

The program trains you in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with mentoring and a culture of promotion from within. Bachelor’s degree or current student is required; 6 months of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related areas.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise at a neighborhood branch and support operations.
• Learn the business in a structured Management Training program and develop a team.
