Qualifications

- Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth, or profitability goals.
- Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, and portfolio performance.
- Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
- Review, approve, and close loans within guidelines.
- Manage delinquency and collections to maintain portfolio performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop branch employees.
