Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of training and/ or experience.
• 2–3 years of management experience in retail banking environment.
• Strong sales, service, and management track record.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management of a mid-sized banking office.
• Proactively guides sales activities and coaching sessions with staff.
• Conducts business development to build commercial relationships.
• Promotes bank through community involvement and local networks.
• Ensures branch operations and compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborates with internal partners to ensure branch success.
• Develops staff through coaching and performance appraisals.
• Understand teller function and branch risk controls.
