Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid sales, service, and management track record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of a mid-sized banking office.
• Proactively guide the sales activities of staff toward achievement of sales objectives and branch goals.
• Conduct business development via personal visits and outbound calls; build commercial relationships.
• Ensure sound branch operations and compliance with bank policies and laws.
• Lead and develop branch staff through coaching and joint sales calls.
• Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience and promote programs that strengthen customer relationships.
