Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, risk awareness, and the ability to work extended hours, including weekends. Travel for training may be required, with a focus on community engagement and driving branch performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in retail banking or equivalent Chase leadership.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Deliver on branch goals by using the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments.
