Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a customer-focused team in a busy branch. You will drive deposits and investments while ensuring operational excellence and strong client relationships. The role requires coaching, coaching, and community engagement to grow the branch in a fast-paced banking environment.

You will manage operations, uphold risk controls, and partner with specialists to meet client needs. Weekend/evening availability and a solid high school education are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop employees.
• Proven ability to manage branch operations and deposits growth.
• Comfort with implementing policies and managing risk and controls.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
