Adecco Group is seeking aBranch Manager in the United States (California) to grow and retain client accounts, manage branch operations, and lead recruitment efforts. You will drive sales plans, oversee P&L, and deliver top service to clients and candidates.

The role requires building strong relationships, strategic planning, and people management across the branch. You’ll report to senior leadership and play a pivotal part in revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience.
• Effective written and oral communication; ability to present.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular reviews and communications.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control; monitor budgets.
• Develop recruitment strategies and lead the branch team.
• Onboard new clients, negotiate terms, risk, and credits.
