Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead growth, client retention, and branch profitability. You will own market sales plans, oversee recruitment, and manage the branch budget while delivering top-tier service to clients and candidates.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or staffing, plus supervisory experience and strong communication with HR, Operations, and procurement. This is an on-site leadership position with growth opportunities within Adecco.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to win new clients and re-engage lost ones.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching and development of branch staff; manage day-to-day performance.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost controls; monitor KPIs and compliance.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one and cross-team reviews to align with client priorities and growth ideas.
