Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of retail bank sales management or 5+ years of retail sales management.
• Experience with Santander or similar bank operations is a plus.
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends.
