Santander in Shrewsbury, PA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations and drive excellent customer experiences. You will coach the team, manage sales activities, deepen customer relationships, and ensure banking compliance while delivering strong performance.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, hiring and developing staff, and using digital tools to educate customers and streamline processes. This is a full-time role with a focus on growth and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in retail bank sales management or related operations.
• Experience leading teams, coaching staff, and delivering customer-focused results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
