Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in Champaign, IL to lead a high‑performing team and drive revenue growth while delivering top‑notch pest control services. This role offers extensive training, company vehicle, and a strong benefits package as you build a career with the industry leader.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and help expand the business regionally after training. A valid driver’s license and pesticide license (if required) are requested.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.
