Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager who will lead a high-performance team and drive growth in our pest-control business. You’ll guide operations, manage a P&L, and deliver top-tier customer service while mentoring staff through an industry-leading training program.

This role offers a competitive compensation package starting at $80,000–$85,000 annually, a company vehicle, full benefits, and opportunities to advance within a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation after training.
• Develop leadership of others and conduct coaching opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth while delivering top customer service.
• Inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and monitor performance.
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after training.
