Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team and drive revenue growth while achieving top customer satisfaction
• Foster an engaging work environment and mentor staff for ongoing professional development
• Relocate within the region after training to open locations as needed
• Demonstrate leadership to ensure operational excellence and service quality
