Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager for our Mobile, AL location. You will lead the branch operations, including a will-call counter, inside sales team, fabrication and warehouse, managing approximately five associates with two managers.

Your role will drive customer service, sales growth and efficient branch performance. You will hire, coach and schedule staff, ensure stock levels, and maintain branch presentation while leveraging data to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership/management experience
• Prior industry experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lead and empower individuals and teams
• Organize, prioritize, multi-task and lead through stress
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for customer-facing associates and branch functions
• Develop a team focused on customer service, policy and strategy
• Run the branch operations including hiring, coaching, scheduling
• Maintain inventories and promote sales of fire protection products
• Build engagement by listening to feedback and implementing solutions
