Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Branch Manager for our Mobile, AL location to lead daily operations of the branch, including will-call counter, inside sales, fabrication, and warehouse.

You will build relationships with customers, vendors and associates to grow sales of fire protection products and services, including pipe, valves, fittings, tools, and design services. The role reports to the Area Manager and oversees a small team of about five associates, with two people managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership/management experience preferred, not required.
• Prior industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead and empower individuals and teams.
• Proven track record using data and metrics to drive solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for customer-facing associates and branch functions.
• Develop a team with focus on customer service, policy and strategy.
• Run the operation of a branch including hiring, coaching, scheduling.
• Maintain inventories at adequate levels and promote sales.
• Engage staff by listening to feedback and implementing solutions.
• Analyze store data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
