Qualifications

• Proven leadership in branch management or similar roles.

• Experience with safety programs and OSHA/compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for CraneWorks and RentalWorks branch operations, sales execution, customer service, team development, and market growth.
• Develop local market presence by building customer relationships and identifying target accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, service, and dispatch to convert opportunities into jobs and rentals.
