CraneWorks/RentalWorks in Lanett, AL seeks a Branch Manager to lead the new branch. You will drive sales growth, manage operations, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring safety and profitability across CraneWorks and RentalWorks.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to scale the local market while maintaining rigorous safety and service standards.

Formación

• Proven leadership in branch management or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of equipment rental and crane operations is preferred.
• Experience with safety programs and OSHA/compliance guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership for CraneWorks and RentalWorks branch operations, sales execution, customer service, team development, and market growth.
• Develop local market presence by building customer relationships and identifying target accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, service, and dispatch to convert opportunities into jobs and rentals.
