Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager for our Mobile, AL location. You will lead the branch operations, including a will-call counter, inside sales team, fabrication and warehouse, managing approximately five associates with two managers.

Your role will drive customer service, sales growth and efficient branch performance. You will hire, coach and schedule staff, ensure stock levels, and maintain branch presentation while leveraging data to identify improvement opportunities.

• 3+ years leadership/management experience
• Prior industry experience strongly preferred

• Organize, prioritize, multi-task and lead through stress
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

This location sells Fire Protection Products and services.This position leads local operations of this location which includes a will call counter, inside sales team, fabrication production facility, and warehouse. The successful candidate will establish relationships with customers, vendors and associates to grow sales of all fire protection products including but not limited to pipe, valves, fittings, tools, fabrication and design services. **Position Details*** Reports to Area Manager* Direct oversight of approximately 5 associates including 2 people managers **Responsibilities*** Provide leadership for the organization’s customer-facing associates and branch functions* Develop a team with focus on customer service, policy and strategy implementation* Run the overall operation of a branch location including hiring, coaching, and scheduling of employees to ensure efficient and quality branch operations* Maintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales, and maintain the appearance of the branch* Build and maintain an environment of engagement by listening to feedback from leaders, associates, and customers and implementing solutions to solve problems* Analyze store data and identify areas of opportunity, and implement solutions to continuously improve the overall performance of the location* Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures**Qualifications*** 3+ years leadership/management experience is preferred but not required.* Prior industry experience is strongly preferred* Ability to lead and empower individuals and teams* Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and effectively lead through stressful situations* Proven track record to use data and metrics to implement effective solutions* Demonstrated success in problem solving and delivering results* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) At Ferguson, we care for each other.
