Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Branch Manager in Mobile, AL to lead the local team, manage operations, and drive sales of fire protection products and services. The role oversees a will call counter, inside sales, fabrication, and warehouse activities, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will hire, coach, and schedule staff, maintain stock levels, and implement process improvements while building strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership/management experience preferred.
• Prior industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and empower individuals and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the branch's customer-facing associates and branch functions.
• Develop a team with focus on customer service, policy and strategy implementation.
• Run the operation of a branch location including hiring, coaching, and scheduling of employees.
• Maintain inventories at adequate levels and promote sales.
• Build and maintain engagement by listening to feedback from leaders, associates, and customers and implementing solutions.
• Analyze store data to identify opportunities and implement improvements for location performance.
