You will coach, mentor, and train staff while collaborating with partners across wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payments to promote relevant products and help customers achieve their financial goals. On-site in Kentucky, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.
• NMLS registration required under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members and exercise independent judgement.
• Identify financial resources for customers and guide them to appropriate products and services.
• Help customers reach financial goals through collaboration with partners including wealth, business banking, mortgage, or payment services.
• Lead customer experience efforts, expand the customer base, and promote products/services in the local market.
