Acloché LLC in the Nashville area seeks a branch leader responsible for P&L, growth, safety and customer relationships.

You will recruit and manage field technicians, quote and supervise large jobs, audit reports for quality, and nurture key accounts while traveling up to 50% as needed. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic growth responsibilities for a regional branch.

Qualificações

• NETA Level III or IV certification required.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, with supervisory or branch leadership experience.
• Demonstrated P&L or job profitability experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel.

What you bring

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits:

$125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
