Job summary

Rexel USA in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team and ensure profitable, safe operation of the branch. You will manage P&L, drive sales initiatives, oversee inventory, and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales/operations within the electrical distribution space and at least 2 years of leadership experience. A forklift certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred; a 4-year degree is optional.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment and MVRO check.
• Must obtain medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
• No at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• 4-year/bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by using digital tools to maximize branch performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel.
• Ensure branch personnel have tools to achieve sales potential.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, net income, and budgets.
• Implement safety standards and conduct inspections.
• Stay informed about markets, customers, vendors, and competitors.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors and deliver excellent service.
• Oversee inventory control and stock levels.
• Collaborate with partners to support branch growth.
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
