Job summary

White Cap Management LLC in Texas is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive sales performance. This role supports talent development, procurement, inventory control, shipping, and customer service while stepping in for the Branch Manager when needed.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in branch operations or sales, and familiarity with sales order software (Oracle preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in branch operations or sales.
• Experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving.
• Ability to manage staff and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch staff.
• Manage branch in Branch Manager's absence and drive sales profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping, warehousing, and sales per policy.
• Resolve customer issues, investigate discrepancies, and adjust resources as needed.
• Schedule staff, monitor budgets and variances, support counter/inside sales.
