Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in branch management or related role.
• Ability to lead and develop branch staff.
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and warehousing.
• Experience in billing, customer service, and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Supports talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations associates.
• Manages the branch in the Branch Manager's absence and helps drive sales and profitability.
• Coordinates procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per policy.
• Investigates customer complaints and solves branch-level issues (damaged items, overcharges, delays).
• Manages branch-level problems, inventories discrepancies, and adjustments.
• Serves customers and supports counter and inside sales; ensures orders are billed timely.
• Schedules staff and analyzes budgets and variances.
