The Branch Manager will play a key role in building a positive branch culture through supportive leadership, consistent coaching, and strong teamwork. Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies, audit standards, state and federal regulations, and established operating procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $74,880 to $107,525 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Manage daily branch operations, audits, compliance, reporting, approvals, customer escalations, and operational quality control.
• Lead sales strategies focused on deposit growth, new accounts, customer retention, cross-selling, outbound calls, and community relationship building.
• Supervise, coach, train, schedule, and evaluate branch employees while supporting performance management and team development.
• Partner with internal leadership and lending teams to support marketing efforts, referrals, small business credit opportunities, and customer relationship expansion.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a branch banking environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of branch management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years managing complex business and consumer accounts.
• Proven sales ability with documented branch growth.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, developing, and managing employee performance.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, customer service standards, branch controls, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build teamwork and maintain a customer-first culture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking software programs.
• Active involvement in business-related local community organizations such as chambers of commerce, Rotary, or similar groups.
• Current California driver’s license and vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage for business-related travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Notary Public commission preferred.
• Experience participating in CRA-related community activities preferred.
• Strong local market knowledge in the Danville or East Bay banking community preferred.
