• Strong customer relations skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients, employees, and internal partners.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to accept responsibility.
• Ability to cross-sell products and services while maintaining a consultative, client-focused approach.

Job Summary

The Banker will assist consumer and business clients with account opening, account maintenance, teller transactions, service requests, and relationship-building activities. Key Responsibilities

• Proven ability to generate new business, identify at-risk clients, and support customer retention goals.
