Range Bank in Michigan seeks a Branch Manager for our McClellan Branch. The role oversees branch performance, operations, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service while supporting strategic initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating regional staffing, deep product knowledge, opening deposits, growing customer relationships, and driving efficiency improvements. Some travel for training is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years banking experience or related college degree.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience including supervising and mentoring.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop branch staff through training, coaching, and evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling with region Branch Managers.
• Maintain deep knowledge of bank products and services.
• Meet customers to open deposits and deepen relationships.
• Identify needs and refer to other departments.
• Grow customer relationships via meetings and events.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Implement bank initiatives and set staff direction.
• Assist CSRs with daily tasks to run the branch smoothly.
• Contribute to overall company performance through projects.
