Job summary

PFCU is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and oversee operations at our Michigan location. You will ensure a high level of financial well-being for members by maintaining service standards, coaching staff, and driving branch performance.

You will manage daily operations, lead a team of professionals, and uphold regulatory compliance while promoting community engagement and exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or completion of specialized certification in a similar or related field.
• 3–5 years of similar or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role (Assistant Branch Manager or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch Operations team and set strategic direction.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff to improve performance and service quality.
• Recruit, select, and onboard staff; manage scheduling and payroll tasks.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, and other regulations; maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate monthly staff meetings, performance reviews, and cross-training initiatives.
