Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–4 years in sales or banking, and knowledge of retail product concepts and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and retail banking products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members; exercise independent judgement.
• Identify financial resources for customers and direct them to appropriate products/services with partners.
• Promote exceptional customer experience and engage with the local market to identify needs and opportunities.
