Millman Search is partnering with a well-established consumer installment lending company to hire an experienced Branch Manager. This is an opportunity to run your own branch, lead a team, and share directly in your branch's profitability.

As Branch Manager you will oversee all branch operations, approve loans, lead collections, ensure regulatory compliance, hire and develop staff, manage cash, and drive monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Manager-level experience in consumer finance or installment lending.
• Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales and collection targets.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations with full ownership of profitability and efficiency.
• Approve and close new loans and refinances, set credit limits, and grow the customer base through referrals.
• Lead the branch's collection efforts.
• Ensure lending and collection practices comply with state and federal regulations, and manage audits.
• Hire, schedule, train, and develop branch staff.
• Manage daily cash handling, bank deposits, and reporting.
• Drive monthly sales goals.
