Millman Search is partnering with a well-established consumer installment lending company to hire an experienced Branch Manager. This is an opportunity to run your own branch, lead a team, and share directly in your branch's profitability.

As Branch Manager you will oversee all branch operations, approve loans, lead collections, ensure regulatory compliance, hire and develop staff, manage cash, and drive monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Manager-level experience in consumer finance or installment lending.
• Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales and collection targets.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

What We're Looking For

• Manager-level experience in consumer finance or installment lending (required). Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead a team and hit sales and collection goals
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Compensation
• Competitive base salary plus bonus

Candidates without direct consumer finance or installment lending management experience will not be considered for this role.
