Regional Finance, a consumer finance company, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive loan growth, and manage branch P&L across multiple responsibilities. You will oversee operations, customer relationships, and partnerships while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable automobile and liability insurance.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manages and inspires team members to drive branch profitability.
• Exhibits independent judgment in decisions affecting employees and branch operations.
• Subject matter expert on personal loan products to present solutions to customers.
• Maintain branch solvency through prudent asset control and proper credit extension.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and train staff to improve efficiency.
• Train employees on branch operations, policies, and laws governing consumer finance.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and District Supervisors to address staffing needs.
• Develop relationships with local retailers and manage partnerships with Account Managers.
• Approve and close loans when appropriate; follow up with past-due customers.
• Plan and implement collection activities; manage insurance claim processing.
• Handle inbound calls and loan documentation reviews; perform month-end reporting.
• Approve branch expenses and sign checks for branch operations.
