Job summary

Regional Finance Company of Louisiana, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy consumer finance branch. You will drive loan growth, manage the branch P&L, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manages and inspires team members to perform to their full potential, driving branch profitability.
• Acts as subject matter expert on personal loan products to present solutions to customers.
• Maintains branch operations solvency by controlling assets and proper credit extension.
• Establishes and builds customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Assigns duties to employees and ensures accuracy and efficiency through training and oversight.
• Develops staff with regard to policies, procedures, and laws governing consumer finance.
