Echo Electric seeks a Branch Manager for the Champaign & Danville, IL branches. You will lead branch sales, logistics, and admin activities, directing daily operations to optimize efficiency and profitability. You will travel between locations weekly for oversight and ensure exceptional customer service.

The role requires 5+ years in business, sales or operations management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership skills. Competitive compensation includes an incentive plan and benefits.

• Engage with customers to meet sales goals and resolve issues
• Support training and qualifications of branch staff
• Interview and hire branch personnel
• Report accidents and follow safety protocols
