Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, is seeking a Branch Manager for Champaign & Danville, IL. You will lead sales, logistics and administrative activities across two branches, driving profitability and customer satisfaction while coordinating weekly travel between locations.

We offer an annual salary plus incentive eligibility, with emphasis on branch performance, budgeting, and team development in the electrical distribution industry.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in business, sales or operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales and Marketing or related field.
• Demonstrated customer and vendor relationship building and maintenance skills.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, associates, or regulatory agencies.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and implement improvement plans.

Responsabilidades

• Manage branch performance to align with policies and culture.
• Oversee preparation and monitoring of the Champaign and Danville budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor territory conditions and grow market share in industrial and contractor markets.
• Oversee branch inventory status and reconciliation processes.
• Interact with customers to drive service and achieve sales goals; address issues.
• Support training and qualifications of all branch employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address personnel issues.
