Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to provide leadership and oversight for one of our branch locations in the United States. The Branch Manager will drive operational performance, financial results, and customer satisfaction while aligning with company objectives and culture.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in operational, branch, construction, industrial, logistics, service, or business management.
• Experience leading branch operations, budgeting, and workforce performance.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams within construction, electrical contracting, industrial, or service environments preferred.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, labor management, forecasting, cost control, profitability, and WIP reporting.
• Ability to interpret operational data, financial reports, and workforce metrics.

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard branch personnel and provide ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Lead daily branch operations across administrative, warehouse, and customer-service activities.
• Set priorities aligned with budgets, productivity, and performance standards.
• Manage branch budgeting, labor, forecasting, costs, productivity, and WIP reporting.
• Monitor staffing, workload, capacity, and resource allocation to support business needs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR on workforce planning and development.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and local partners.
• Escalate customer concerns and operational issues as primary point of contact.
