Qualifications

• Three+ years of related experience in consumer lending or financial services.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience or completion of a lending training program.
• Bachelor’s degree as listed; substitutions allowed for experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn financial software.
• Ability to complete duties timely and accurately.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products.
• Work at assigned branch location unless emergencies occur.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve loan applications; offer loan solutions meeting customer needs.
• Retain and maintain existing accounts to achieve branch sales and delinquency targets.
• Coach branch staff with actionable feedback to reduce turnover.
• Prepare and submit reports reflecting branch activity and growth.
• Develop business by networking with local retailers and auto dealers; build community relations.
• Implement internal branch auditing procedures and controls.
• Approve exceptions to policy as authorized by management; resolve issues using problem-solving skills.
• Monitor monthly expenses against the annual business plan.
• Investigate customer and employee inquiries and complaints.
• Attract and interview prospective candidates; make recommendations for vacancies.
• Participate in meetings and professional development to stay current.
• May perform additional functions per market demand and staffing.
