Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or sales with 2+ years in consumer lending/financial services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with customers and staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial services programs; learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Process credit loan applications, present loan solutions based on customer needs and available products.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process payments, daily deposits as required.
• Meet or exceed branch sales goals for products and services.
• Assist the Branch Manager with reports and operational tasks.
• Maintain branch compliance.
• Coordinate in manager's absence with District Manager.
• Learn applicable Federal, State, and Local consumer laws.
• Additional duties may be assigned based on market needs.
