Qualifications

• Minimum two years of financial or sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch to achieve sales and growth goals with daily communication of plans.
• Coach and develop branch team for sales and service excellence.
• Ensure strong product knowledge and staff training across the branch.
• Maintain operational integrity, security, and risk controls.
• Represent Canvas in the community and foster external partnerships.
